Terms and Conditions for Online Courses & Online mock tests at Pandey Coaching Centre (PCC)
Welcome to Pandey Coaching Centre (PCC). By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to both our offline and online courses.
General Terms
- Eligibility: Students must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course. Enrollment is subject to verification of qualifications and other criteria.
- Registration: Students must complete the registration process, including payment of fees, before attending any classes.
- Payment: Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Payment plans, if available, must be adhered to strictly.
- Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain decorum and discipline during classes. Misbehavior or disruption of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion without a refund.
Offline Courses
- Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage as specified for each course to be eligible for final assessments and certifications.
- Class Schedule: PCC reserves the right to modify the class schedule, including timings and locations, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- Study Material: Study materials provided are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
- Infrastructure Use: Students must respect and maintain the infrastructure and facilities provided. Any damage caused by a student will be the student’s responsibility.
Online Courses
- Access: Online course access credentials are for individual use only and must not be shared with others.
- Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to access online courses.
- Recording and Distribution: Recording or distribution of online classes is prohibited without prior permission from PCC.
- Conduct: The same code of conduct applicable to offline classes applies to online classes. Disruptive behavior in virtual sessions will not be tolerated.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, and study materials, are the intellectual property of PCC. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
PCC respects the privacy of its students. Personal information collected during registration and course participation will be kept confidential and used only for administrative and academic purposes.
Limitation of Liability
PCC will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in its courses. The institute’s liability is limited to the amount of the course fee paid by the student.
Amendments
PCC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes through appropriate channels.
